History

Paige Hathaway decided to get into the world of fitness in 2011, when asked about this she has stated “because I needed a change and a new focus/direction”.  She was approached by a local well known trainer in Oklahoma City and began to train for her first bikini show.  Fitness became her passion and she admitted being addicted to how you could workout and improve you body, mind and lifestyle.

After four months of training, she entered in the biggest state show in the United states and placed 2nd in “Bodybuilding”

Paige was one of two selected at the August 2013 Flex Bikini Model Search Winner, sponsored by BPI, and competed at the FLEX Bikini Model Search Championships in Las Vegas during the Joe Weider’s Olympia Fitness and Performance Weekend.

She is popular on social media: More than 697,000 followers on Instagram and 417,000 on Facebook follow her for selfies and motivational pushes.

Paige attended the BodyPower Expo in 2016 in the UK.

Do you have any other guilty pleasures for when you have downtime?


I have a huge sweet tooth. So what I’ll do is #sweettoothsunday, but instead of eating fro-yo or a cupcake or something like that, I’ll take something that I’m craving, and I’ll make a healthy version. You can make brownies out of black beans, and it tastes just like brownies. I mean, not as good as brownies, but it is totally a sweet-tooth fix for brownies. I’ll make cupcakes out of protein powder. The sky’s the limit when it comes to substituting healthy alternatives. I make the recipes up, and sometimes it takes me a few times to get the exact taste down. Then I just post it on my social media, and a lot of people look forward to it.

What’s your favorite healthy snack food?

I love bell peppers. I always keep a bag of bell peppers in my cooler or in my purse to just take around with me if I’m ever hungry, just to munch on. I like the red ones—they’re my favorite.

To all young girls who want to be the next Paige Hathaway, what’s your life advice to them?

That’s a great question. My best Advice would be to never give up on your dreams. There is one thing I have learned in life and that is nothing (Literally, Abso- lutely Nothing) is beyond your reach. No matter what when you make way towards your goals you will face setbacks. You will be road blocked with obstacles but that is just the universe testing your strengths. Hard work exceeds everything. Someone may be born gifted or might be talented with a certain skill but be- lieve me when I tell you nothing defeats handwork and dedication.

If you couldn’t do what you’re doing what would you want to do as a career?

I’ve always wanted to be a singer. Growing up I would run around my house with a hand held karaoke ma- chine. In high school my best friends and I would make music videos lip singing songs. It is so hilarious watching them now. We used to think we were the next Christina Aguilera. Boy, were we so wrong.

As your name is becoming more and more of a recognized brand, you must be thinking about the future of whom you are and what you want to build for yourself and in this world what can we expect to see from you in the next 5 years?

It’s completely mind blowing but yet rewarding for me to sit back and take a look at what I have accomplished in 3 short years. I never expected to be where I am today and I am grateful to see my hard work pay off. My hopes for the next 5 years are quite simple; to keep inspiring woman (and men) around the world. Let me tell you something, I have achieved and accomplished my wildest dreams…I’ve traveled to many different countries, been on the cover of different magazines, but nothing compares to the feeling of having someone come up to you and say that you have touched their soul and completely changed their life.
