Kristine Froseth was born in New Jersey on September 21st, 1995. She would travel back and forth from Oslo in Norway because of her Dad’s employment and to visit her extended family.
She caught the attention of a scout in a New Jersey fashion mall and soon started modelling. She was signed with a number of modelling agencies such as Heartbreak Management based out of Scandinavia, Supreme Management in Paris/NY and FM Agency in London.
In 2013 Kristine Froseth was in the spring ad campaign for Aritzia and then in the fall starred in an ad campaign for Prada. She also walked the spring fashion show for Prada. In 2015 Froesth appeared on the February cover of Wonderland Magazine. In 2016 she made the cover of Elle Norway and the April cover of Harper’s Bazaar Serbia.
Kristine was introduced to acting when director Rebecca Thomas, needing a female lead for her planned adaptation of the John Green novel Looking for Alaska, asked Froseth to audition via tape after stumbling across some photos of her online. The part didn’t work out however she used the experience well and starred in a number of TV shows and films from 2016 onwards.
In 2018 she grabbed the role as Nola Kellergan in miniseries The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair. She has completed work on another three films which are due to release in 2018; horror movie Prey, Low Tide and Sierra Burgess is a Loser. She also starred in the Netflix horror Apostle as Ffion, who has a tragic romance with cult/community member Jeremy.
Kristen currently resides in New York.
